Last December, we revealed that Jessica Biel was set to take the most-LA-person-ever crown from Gwyneth Paltrow, thanks to her and stylist Estee Stanley's plans to open an organic, members-only kids restaurant called Au Fudge. Located at 9010 Melrose Avenue near hotspot eatery Gracias Madre, LA's first "Soho House for Kids" will feature an indoor/outdoor treehouse, both healthy and "filthy" menus, and more.

Although Au Fudge was initially planned for a spring opening, Stanley told E! at Amazon Video's Tumble Leaf Family Fun Day that it's now scheduled to open "very soon, sometime in the near holiday." The layout will feature "a marketplace, two dining areas…and then there's a whole kids creative space." (That's where we're assuming the treehouse will live.)

Stanley also adds that she and Biel "want to do what Whole Foods did for supermarkets," and that "there is a membership component but it is open to the public."

Take a peek at progress below and stay tuned for actual opening date so you can tell all those stylish tots in your life.
