Hottest Trainer haunt SoulCycle's major expansion plans—and elitist FROW rules—continue. Fresh from its Manhattan Beach opening (Culver City lands next spring), the indoor cycling fitness chain is expected to open its 11th sweat sanctuary in Downtown, reports DTLA Rising.

Cogoscenti Coffee and a handful of eateries are also joining the luxury residences's mixed-use ground floor, and Yen notes that there's one more retail vacancy up for grabs.
SoulCycle DTLA is set to open next year; more deets to come.
