One of California's most unique workouts is expanding yet again. Following news that Orangetheory Fitness is set to open a West Hollywood location to compliment its existing LA studios (Super Bowl champ and Racked Hottest Trainer 2015 contestant Brendon Ayanbadejo teaches at Brentwood), the fitness craze is heading to Melrose very soon.
Opening late November, the new location will reside at 640 North La Brea Avenue, right on the corner of Melrose and La Brea. The new space will feature Orangetheory Fitness's famed 60-minute workout sessions, which are split into intervals of cardiovascular and strength training with heart rate monitors to track intensity and maximize metabolic burn.
Stay tuned for more, and look forward to more studio, because the brand is also heading to Pasadena and Woodland Hills!
