This Thursday at Nordstom's location inside The Grove (189 The Grove Drive) the STRIIIKE ladies will be on-hand for an informational chat after which guests can score personalized consultations and makeup applications courtesy of Bobbi Brown, who simultaneously celebrates the launch of its "Secrets of the Universe" Intensive Skin Serum Corrector & Concealer. The 30-minute Q&A with Popsugar's Kirbie Johnson starts at 4pm, followed immediately by the meet-and-great and makeup sesh. Into it? WEST HOLLYWOOD—LA shopping institution Polkadots & Moonbeams (8361 West 3rd Street) has been on our radar since it was a go-to destination for some of our fave 90's It Girls. Despite the fact that it first gained notoriety as a spot to snag great vintage pieces, this boutique also keeps cool, contemporary womenswear and accessories in stock and this Thursday evening one such brand will be the focus of a fashionable in-store event. Boho label Daniel Rainn presents a trunk show from 4-8pm where shoppers can sip and snack as well as receive special discounts on the LA-based line.
