If you're looking to gift or impress the cool culinary enthusiast in your life, make a beeline to the just-opened Dudley Market in Venice. Helmed by Chef Jesse Barber (formerly of Venice’s Barnyard and Tasting Kitchen), the multi-concept market, restaurant, and retail space features full-service dining, grab-and-go grub, and—our favorite—a crazy-good selection of indie retail items.
The goal of Dudley Market is to create a haven for everyday luxury set in an approachable environment," Barber explains. "We've had the pleasure getting to know our Venice neighbors over the years, and are excited to introduce them to artisans and we're proud to support."
Shoppable items in the store include stylish food publications (Kinfolk, Cereal), home/kitchen goods (P.F. Candle Co. candles, Fog Linen Work cloths, Vitrified Studio ceramics), cosmetics (Portland Bee Balm chapstick), food (Sfoglini Pasta, Community Grains, Ritual Chocolate, Little Branch Granola, California Olive Ranch, Jacobsen Salt Co.), and everything else (Uashmama bags, LSTN earbuds). Prices range from $5 to $200.
Dudley Market is open Monday through Sunday from 7am to 6pm.
