Only Tracy Anderson could get 45 busy women to voluntarily sweat their faces off after a long day of work. Last night, we took over the celebrity trainer's Studio City space for our latest Racked Fit Club class, and there wasn't an empty seat in the house. Motivated by our #fitspo-inducing Hottest Trainers 2015 contestants, we used every bit of energy to attempt to keep up with the night's instructors, Maria Kelling and Stacey McDermott, who made us work muscles that we didn't even know we had.
Just like our first experience with Anderson herself back in 2013, the MultiTAsk session (25 minutes of definition and 25 minutes of cardio) featured intense leg lifts, gravity-defying high kicks, and OMG-my-limbs-are-gonna-fall-off arm movements. The rapid pace of the session was a recipe for serious perspiration, leaving us dripping sweat and red-faced by the time everything was over.
After shaking it with Kelling and McDermott's to jams like Coldplay's "A Sky Full of Stars" and Rihanna's "Bitch Better Have My Money," we wiped down with every towel in that sauna-like room and guzzled Anderson's chilled ResTArt protein shakes.
