Because crazy cat ladies can't have all the fun, on Saturday, July 18th from 12 to 5pm, canine sitter service DogVacay is hosting a pup-and-owner fitness fest at the La Brea Tar Pits. Aiming to get pet owners and pets moving, the free event will feature tons of activities (and treats) for your furry friend while providing a place for you to meet like-minded dog lovers looking to get in shape.

Activities will include a "Doga" (dog yoga) class from CorePower, a "treat wall" filled with all-natural dog donut treats donated by Tail Bagers, three rescues on hand (Downtown Dog Rescue, Wags and Walks and Gone to the Dogs) for those looking to adopt, designated doggy pools, food trucks (for humans), and more. RSVP here.
