SILVER LAKE—We took you inside Sunset Junction's hippest new clothier LACAUSA (4015 Sunset Boulevard) last week, but the locally-made brand holds it's official celebration for the opening of their first-ever storefront this Thursday evening. Co-hosted by The Unique Space's Sonja Rasula, the 7-10pm soiree includes artful bites by Soo_n Food, bevvies from Union Wine Company, and a kickass playlist courtesy of Babes Abroad. HOLLYWOOD—Tis the season for ultra cool sunnies, but not to fear if you haven't found your perfectly face-fitting frames just yet. The W Hotel (6250 Hollywood Boulevard) is hosting a preview for Haze Collection, a brand that has a knack for updating classic styles like wayfarers and aviators with a contemporary spin. The event takes place this Thursday from 5-8pm and treats guests to not only complimentary champagne and music by deejays AJ English and Avon Lurks, but a 20% discount on any pair of shades from the collection. ECHO PARK—With a regular roster of girlie goodies, Myrtle (2213 Sunset Boulevard) is always a great destination for a good ol' fashion lady date. This Friday, the sweet boutique really ups the ante with a Ladies Night Pop-up that includes naughty accessories like badass patches from both Tuesday Bassen and Rosehound Apparel, kooky nail decals from Sara M. Lyons ("Chronic Cutie" and "Cute & Sleazy" are among popular packs) and sassy pins from Big Bud Press. Edgy gals are bound to get a kick out of this 5-8pm event, which wouldn't be complete without cocktails.
