The 4th of July weekend—aka the mother of all summer parties–is upon us. On top of the many movie screening soirees, the next few days promise plenty of fireworks-filled, booze-backed parties around town. From A Club Called Rhonda's SkyBar takeover to Bootsy Bellow's Malibu bash to Grand Park's family-friendly light show, we've rounded up LA's best July 4th parties below.

Saturday, July 4th
What: A Club Called Rhonda takes over SkyBar at The Mondrian (3440 W. Sunset Blvd.) for Rhondesia from 12 to 10pm. The epic dance party promises DJ sets and live music by Robert Owens, Til Von Sein, Nadastrom, Lloydski, and Goddollars & Paradise; tickets are $25 and can be purchased here.
What: Bootsy Bellows's crowd-pleasing Red, White, & Bootsy soiree is happening at Nobu Malibu (22706 Pacific Coast Highway) from 5 to 10pm. Brody Jenner & Devin Lucien and Midnite Men will provide the beats; there'll be plenty of booze and dancing, too. Guests must wear all white and dress code will be strictly enforced; RSVP at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What: The Standard, Downtown (550 S. Flower St.) and LA Canvas's poolside Freedom Party takes place from 1 to 7pm. Expect DJ sets by Kenny Summit, Derrick Wize, DJ Fido, Dance///Me, and James Jordan; RSVP at downtownLARSVP@StandardHotels.com.
What: Party with Kitsuné co-founder Gildas and Standard pal André at their special Kitsuné pool party at The Standard, Hollywood starting at 1pm. There'll be live music by Phases, Lonely Boy, Ricoshei, and Dutch Party; RSVP at hollywoodRSVP@standardhotels.com.
What: Grand Park's 4th of July block party (200 N. Grand Ave.) promises live music, food, and fireworks for the entire family (except for pets, duh) from 3 to 9:30pm. Outside food is okay but no alcohol allowed; see the full lineup and rules here.
Sunday, July 5th
What: The Well x Dim Mak's 4th of July installment of its Wavey Pool Party invades Hotel Figueroa (939 S. Figueroa St.) in DTLA from 1 to 8pm. The 21+ event promises a heated pool, $30 beer buckets, a taco bar, and beats by Todd Ewards, Thee Mike B, Coco Disco, Steve Miller, and Bathhouse. $20 entry ($10 with RSVP before 2:30pm); RSVP online here.
