How E! News Host Catt Sadler Balances Being a Working Mom and Snapchat Addict

If you keep up with the Kardashians, and even if you don’t, we’d bet money that you’ve seen this busy style maven shutting down evening television—and looking damn good doing it—but her day doesn’t stop when the credits roll. With a husband, two sons and a house full of furry company, E! News host Catt Sadler’s schedule keeps her on her toes and lucky for her loyal Instagram following, she’s laced in some of the season’s most covetable kicks while she does it.

Sadler, who says her off-duty look is "denim with a luxe tee and heels," starts her day by checking emails, Snapchat and all other social media in bed (sound familiar?) before making her son breakfast and sending him off to summer classes. "Yes, coffee is a part of this process!" she confirms. When she has any sort of break throughout the day she works on her blog, The Cattwalk, which breaks down everything from what she’s wearing to where’s she shopping to some mega-fun behind-the-scenes moments.Then she'll put in work on the Women Like Us documentary she is producing, prep for the weekend’s Simply Stylist Chicago event that she will host or work with her trainer at MadFIT to stay in mad shape. (Can we get his number?)

Oh, and somewhere between all of that and her daily taping of E! News is a red carpet interview or four. The only thing missing from Sadler’s day is the word "bored" and she quite likes it that way. Here's what just one day in her life is like, by the hour.

6:30 AM

"Scarlett and I don’t want to get out of bed. Busy day today. Like every day. Must get moving!"

"This is my first of two cups of coffee. I grind Illy beans at home. Another essential? Extremely distressed boyfriend jeans and my lace up booties!"

"How lucky am I that I get to roll into work at E! News each day and let makeup goddess Maria Vargas paint my face!?"

"I call this the cave. It’s my dressing room slash office. Going over my scripts for E! News before heading to the tracking booth where I will voice over today’s stories. Yes, one of them will be Kardashian-related."

NOON

"Truth is, I rarely get a ‘lunch hour’ because of our shooting schedule but today I was able to sneak out and attend the White House Black Market luncheon at the beautiful Sunset Tower Hotel. Their new fall collection is unlike anything I’ve ever seen of theirs. Ran into some of my favs: Chriselle Lim, Louise Roe and my BFF Jacey Duprie of Damsel in Dior."
