SILVER LAKE—For our money, East side boutique Bucks & Does (3906 Sunset Boulevard) always gets it right with an inventory that includes menswear by Ever, Made By Dawn bikinis, and Sandgrens clogs (to name just a few things we're currently coveting). Now the shop reintroduces denim by Citizens of Humanity to their stylish stock, and they're celebrating with a bash this Saturday. From 5-8pm check out the new CoH men's and women's apparel and enjoy drinks from Greenbar Distillery, bites from neighboring Black Cat, and healthful sweets from Fitlicious.
SILVER LAKE—As if the offerings inside Shinola Detroit's (3515 Sunset Boulevard)'s storefront weren't already worth the trip (cool watches, leather goods, vintage-inspired bicycles), the space is about to get a whole lot sweeter—literally. An in-store Pressed Juicery holds its grand opening festivities this Saturday from 11am-3pm. In addition to doling out free samples of their tasty juice concoctions, Pressed with also be giving away $25 gift cards to the first 50 visitors.
FULLERTON—This weekend cute stationary/jewelry/accessories shop Oh, Hello Friend (122 N Harbor Boulevard) offers an event just in time to get you outfitted the babely way for summer. Everly pops up during store hours Saturday (11am-7pm) and Sunday (12-4pm) with samples starting as low as $10! OHF will also have beauty loot from Lettuce Shoppe and frozen treats from Sweet Clementine's on-hand.
DTLA—Renegade Craft Fair has embarked on its West Coast Tour and will be dropping an anchor in downtown's Grand Park (200 N Grand Avenue) this weekend. Saturday and Sunday from 11am-6pm, the free fair will include such vendors as Artifact Skin Company, Btwn Wind & Water, and Los Angeles Hat Collective. And of course no self-respecting LA fest would be complete without them, plenty of food trucks will be stopping by to stave off the hangries.
DTLA—Super sweet online retailer Aryn K will head downtown this Sunday for a summer pop-up at Love Song Bar (448 S Main Street). In addition to shopping the killer, well-priced clothing (naturally we're eying their cool rompers and flirty mini dresses), guests can groove to DJ-spun tunes, snap a profile-worthy pic in the photobooth, and enjoy a few libations from 2-6pm. Score your free ticket to the event here.
