MALIBU—To usher in her weekend-long pop-up at Curve in the Malibu Country Mart (3835 Cross Creek Road) stylist and designer Magda Berliner makes an appearance at the womenswear boutique this Thursday. From 12-3pm, the clothing creator treats guests to customized fittings of pieces from her one-of-a-kind Lace Ribbon collection. As shoppers view the romantic garments made from reclaimed vintage lace, they can sip champagne and nibble cupcakes for a truly indulgent retail experience.

NORTH HOLLYWOOD—Despite the name, NoHo Arts District hub TeaPop (5050 Vineland Avenue) is more that just a spot to grab your daily cup of English Breakfast (though you can totally do that too). The space also regularly holds art events including this Thursday's The Rally, a pop-up party for creatives across genres to mingle and network. Organized by The Mantle, the free event kicks off at 7pm and is highlighted by live musical performances by hip hop artist Kai Lucas and indie ingenue Jack Diaz. No reservations are required for this event.
