Designer Calvin Klein Just Bought an Epic Estate Off Sunset Strip

Following in the footsteps of fellow fashion legends like Hedi Slimane, Vera Wang, and Diane Von Furstenberg, Calvin Klein has purchased his own slice of LA's prime real estate. Apparel News reports that the NY-based designer, who sold his eponymous label 13 years ago to PVH Corp., just scooped up a $25 million estate on "one of the Bird Streets above Sunset Boulevard."

Perks of the 9,350-square-foot home at 1442 Tanager Way include 13-foot ceilings, a 15-person screening room, an observation deck, a water lounge, a showcase car garage, and a neighbor by the name of Leonardo DiCaprio.
