Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
Apparently some of our favorite things come in threes, like LA-obsessed label A.P.C. Although the cult-favorite French brand gave us a ballpark debut date for its Silver Lake boutique, they've now confirmed to us that the shop is expected to open next Friday, June 26th. Oui!
Located in Dustmuffin's former space, the NELA outpost—A.P.C.'s third LA location after its recent DTLA opening—will mirror the brand's Melrose Place store and will feature bright white walls, "a large, curved bay window [offering] a panoramic view of the store's surroundings," simple wood fixtures, and a cactus-filled courtyard. Once open, expect the shop to offer A.P.C.'s fall/winter women's and men's collections; the spring/summer happens to be on sale in stores and online right this minute!
