Inside A.P.C.'s Incredibly Sleek and Minimalist Boutique in Downtown

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Since revealing that A.P.C. was joining Ninth and Broadway's A-list roster, we've been stalking the cult-fave French brand's DTLA coordinates. After toying with our emotions, the label exclusively confirmed to us that its sleek Downtown digs would finally debut on May 30th.

Now officially open at 125 West Ninth Street, the minimalist-cool boutique features a symmetrical layout and two separate and identical spaces for A.P.C.'s women's and men's collections. Monochromatic Mondrian-like shelving displays the brand's luxe leather carryalls and accessories, while wood fixtures show off fall/winter merch.

Next up: A.P.C.'s Silver Lake shop, which will mirror the brand's Melrose Place vibes. We're told it's expected to open the last weekend of this month (we're thinking Saturday, June 27th); stay tuned!

A.P.C. DTLA is open Monday through Saturday from 11am to 7pm and Sunday from 12 to 6pm.
