Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

To toast the season's longer days and balmy nights, The Original Farmers Market at Third and Fairfax is launching a free music series starting May 29th and running through the end of August. Located at the Market's West Patio from 7pm to 9pm, the series will kick off with a performance from crazy-popular Beatles tribute band The Fab Four.

If you can't make opening night, there will be tons more opportunities to shake it while you shop, thanks to fun nights like July 10th's Frank Sinatra tribute, July 31st's salsa celebration, and August 21st's rockabilly bash. Catch the full lineup here.

The Market tells us that all its grocers, restaurants, shops, and bars will be open for business throughout the concerts, so consider your evening plans sorted. Parking is free for two hours with validation, available with a purchase from any Market merchant.
