Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
If you can't be bothered to leave city lines just to bust out your festival-worthy kits (it's all about the music anyway, right?), mark your cal for FYF Fest. LA's mini-Coachella returns to the LA Memorial Sports Arena and Exposition Park on August 22nd and 23rd—meaning you've got more than three months to plan your outfit sitch.
In addition to boasting a seriously killer lineup (Frank Ocean and the one and only Moz are leading, for starters), the two-day music show promises plenty of booze, dancing, and retail therapy. Given that this is an advanced heads-up, a confirmed vendor list is still in the works; past vendors have included Blood is the New Black, Love Nail Tree, HUF, Sew It Goes Vintage, and more, so you know it's gonna be good.
Into it? Entry is $109 for one day, $175 for both days, and $329 for two-day VIP access; there's even a payment plan option for cash-strapped audiophiles. Tickets go on sale at noon—as in, right NOW—so drop everything and buy them online here.
