Dance-Fitness Craze Groov3 Finds a Permanent Home in Culver City

As demonstrated by JJ Dancer, RockSweat, 305 Fitness, and Pound, dance-infused fitness moves are so hot right now. Aggressively taking part in the trend is Groov3, infectious workout founded by LA dancer/choreographer Benjamin Allen. After hosting its program at various locations (they recently teamed up with Nike Training Club LA), Groov3 has finally found a location to call their own, right in the heart of Culver City.

Hosted at production space Beat Box LA (11828 Teale Street), Groov3 will start serving dance-fitness fiends starting June 6th. Classes will be Tuesday nights at 8pm and will cost an easy $15. Learn more here and stay tuned for opening party details.
