Shop More Than 350 Made-In-America Goods This Weekend's Unique LA Market

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Our city has been churning out some pretty amazing marketplaces as of late. In addition to Mercado Sagrado in Malibu and the Echo Park Craft Fair in Silver Lake, DTLA is home to Unique LA a seasonal shopping extravaganza that invites locals to shop modern, made-in-America goods from more than 350 curated sellers of the indie variety. Unique's next show is a spring market taking place at California Market Center's Penthouse this Saturday, May 9th and Sunday, May 10th (11am-6pm both days), and we recommend making a day out of it, because the agenda is jam-packed.

In addition to shopping tons of fun vendors specializing in women's, men's, kids, home, art, and more, an easy $10 cash entry fee will score you unlimited entry for both days, free drinks from GT's Kombucha, Boxed Water, Ventura Spirits, and  The Naked Grape, free snacks from Luna and Clif Bar, free DIY craft projects all weekend long, and free photo booth portraits with Oh! Snap Studios. There's also a baby changing station and private lounge for mamas, and speaking of the lady of the hour, moms will receive a free flower from Bloom Nation (while supplies last).
