Although Parachute Market had a brief stint in West Hollywood, the conceptual design fair is returning to a new spot at its old haunt in the Arts District. Taking place next Saturday, June 6th and Sunday, June 7th at buzzy live/shop/play hub One Santa Fe, the event's fifth installment will explore the theme of "the temporary marketplace and the increasingly significant role that spontaneity plays within community, art, and commerce." (So meta.)
Featuring over 30 fashionable vendors, the two-day event will include retail therapy from essential indie shop Alchemy Works, artful boutique Please Do Not Enter, luxe jeweler Gabriela Artigas, Garrett Leight Optical, Parabellum, Welcome Projects, Reform Gallery, and many others. In addition, the West Hollywood Design District will host a talk on Saturday at 2pm on the impact of pop-up markets.
Dig it? There's also a cocktail party, film screening, and exclusive preview ($65 to $85) on Friday, June 5th; buy first-look preview tickets here and $10 general admission tickets here.
