Remember Lido Marina Village, Newport Beach's quaint waterfront promenade that's awaiting a fashionable facelift? Although DTLA's Apolis decided not to join the directory, we've just gotten word that a different cult-favorite shop is set to coolify the property: Steven Alan.

Per development company DJM Capital, the luxe retailer is opening a 1,526-square-foot boutique at the pedestrian-friendly lifestyle center. Expected to offer its signature mix of apparel, accessories, home goods, decor, and more from cult-cool designers, Steven Alan's first OC outpost and fourth SoCal store is slated to open this November.

As far as the rest of the 116,000-square-foot development, Lido Marina Village will unveil the first phase of its stylish renovation this fall; it began rolling out new retail options late last year, including modern women's shop Jolie. When its makeover is finalized in 2016, the upscale shopping area will offer "a hand-selected, modern mix of casual-luxe eateries, boutiques, and shops not currently over-exposed in Orange County."
