Graced By Grit's Stylish, Sun-Protective Athletic Gear Sweats Into Solana Beach

From Theory's minimalist mecca in WeHo to Sweat NSK's soon-to-be fashionable fitness haven in Brentwood, Californians really have no excuse to look basic during sweat seshes. Down in San Diego county's Solana Beach, Cali-based brand Graced By Grit debuted its first colorful athletic shop along workout-worthy Highway 101.

Offering the brand's full line of sun-protective women's fitness apparel ($20 to $140), the flagship stocks colorful pieces made for a variety of land and sea activities, including running, yoga, barre, surfing, rock climbing, and more. All pieces are made from four-way stretch Italian fabrics with UPF 50+ to keep fitness fiends protected under the sun.

Although the shop has been soft-opened since last week, the brand is officially kicking things off with a grand opening bash and ribbon cutting this Friday, May 29th. From 10am to 6:30pm, partygoers can enjoy a free workout, grub on healthy bites, meet founders Kate Nowlan and Kimberly Caccavo, and much more during the all-day festivities.
