Take a Peek at Platform's Construction Progress in Culver City

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Last summer, our sister site Curbed revealed construction had begun at Platform, Culver City's highly-anticipated luxury lifestyle center. Originally slated to open this spring, we now know that the 40,000-square-foot mixed-use development will debut in the fall.

Located in creative corridor Hayden Tract at Washington Boulevard and Landmark Street, Platform is stationed across from the Metro Expo Line stop over four acres of warehouses and former car dealerships. As far as the directory (Eater has the DL on grub additions), confirmed fashion, fitness, and beauty tenants include Aussie skincare brand Aesop, cult-favorite French label Carven, designer boutique Curve's first lifestyle shop, footwear designer Matt Berson's first LA store, and SoulCycle, which is also setting up its West Coast HQ at the Culver City center.

Plus, development company Runyon Group tells us more major retail announcements are expected to come "in the coming months." Take a peek at the stylish Westside retail therapy destination's current progress above and get a taste of The Platform's cool vibes at its Insta account. Excited yet?
