WEST HOLLYWOOD—Lovers of fashion history will be enchanted this Friday, as The Grove (189 The Grove Dr) unveils "A Tartan Affair," an exhibition of costumes from Starz's series, Outlander. While the time-spanning show offers a variety of wardrobe opportunities for its cast, this collection focuses on the custom pieces (designed by Terry Dresbach) from the Scottish Highlands-set episodes of the first season. Executive Producer Ronald D. Moore will be present for the official opening at 11am, and visitors will be able to view a dozen of the stunning ensembles at various displays throughout the shopping center. The exhibit continues through Sunday, May 31st when the mall highlights the conclusion with a visit from author Diana Gabaldon, who will appear at Barnes & Noble for a Q&A to discuss her book series that inspired the television show.
