Last year, rapidly-expanding chain Orangetheory Fitness debuted its inventive intervals in Brentwood, offering a "sneakily smart, weirdly easy" workout that's a total game-changer, not to mention a Hottest Trainer magnet. Although the studio already has tons of California locations, Orangetheory will soon add another notch to its West Coast belt with the opening of a West Hollywood hub this July/August.
Set to offer its signature, science-backed cardiovascular and strength training at the 7950 West Sunset mixed-user, Orangetheory Fitness WeHo will offer workout buffs "heart-rate-monitored, high-intensity interval training designed to maintain a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy," the company explains. "Fitness coaches lead each 60-minute session using a variety of equipment including treadmills, rowing machines, suspension training and free weights, getting heart rates in the target Orange Zone for the desired time to produce the Orange Effect. The result is more energy, visible toning and extra calorie burn after the workout."
Seeing those rad rowing machines in action are worth the visit alone. Call 323-282-5595 or click here to make a reservation for pre-opening pricing.
Orangetheory Fitness West Hollywood will be open daily from 5am to 9pm.
