More major news for LA's much-anticipated mega-developments. El Segundo's massive open-air lifestyle center, The Point, has announced its grand opening date (July 30th!) and new directory additions.

Planet Blue, Michael Stars, Ann Taylor brand Lou & Grey, Marmi footwear, and active lifestyle label Prana are joining the 115,000-square-foot mixed-use hub, reveals WWD. The South Bay retail/dining/fitness desto has already filled most of its shopping roster, which includes Lucky Brand's cool new flagship, Athleta, SoulCycle, workout gear retailer SIX:02 Fitness, and OC-based boutique No Rest for Bridget.

The Daily Breeze notes that the $80 million project will house offices on the second floor, a children's play area, and a lush central plaza, which is "already booked for parties, outdoor movies, s'mores by the fire pits, yoga, and more." Yoga and s'mores—yup, definitely happening.
