If the final step of your spring cleaning project is getting rid of your closet castoffs, but you don't have the time to haul ass to a local Goodwill, let Uber do the dirty work. This Saturday, May 2nd, the mobile-app-based transportation network is teaming up with the non-profit to offer complimentary pick-up of all clothing donations across the United States.

From 10am to 4pm on Saturday, donors in the Los Angeles area can open the Uber app to request "GIVE" at the bottom of the screen to request a pickup. Once an Uber SUV arrives, bring your bagged clothing outside to hand off to the driver. They'll then drop off your donation to a local Goodwill, free of charge. You'll receive a follow-up email early next week with tax receipt information. Easy enough!
