When South Coast Plaza does dinner, it's no cheese-and-wine affair. The luxury shopping center invited a few fashion friends last night to dine at Perch, where it revealed that its spring portfolio stars LA's most iconic landmarks. Showcasing brands like Ferragamo,  ValentinoBottega Veneta, and many more, the luxe lookbook features DTLA's booming Broadway, Union Station, and Pasadena's Huntington Library and Gardens.

After a touching toast to co-founder, arts philanthropist, and managing partner Henry T. Segerstrom—who sadly passed away earlier this year—executive director of marketing Debra Gunn Downing dropped the news that Chanel will reveal its major remodel on Thursday, April 23rd. Designed by noted architect Peter Marino, the 10,000-square-foot boutique will feature a coastal-inspired vibe and will debut the French fashion house's spring/summer ready-to-wear range and an exclusive watch collection.

That's not all: the Costa Mesa shopping center is also scoring Charlotte Olympia, Dolce & Gabbana, Spanish label Massimo Dutti, and German watch brand A. Lange & Söhne. An Orange Country road trip is definitely in order.
