The London West Hollywood has just made history, with the help of an international icon. On May 18th, the celebrity-frequented property will unveil the largest hotel suite in Los Angeles, which was inspired and designed by legendary British designer Vivienne Westwood. Clocking in at a whopping 11,000 square feet, the penthouse will mark the finale of The London's 15-month, $25 million renovation.
Westwood designed the bi-level penthouse with Richmond Design, creating a stunning space that features exclusive art, unique decor, and customized furnishings. Besides being massive (there's even a 5,000-square-foot rooftop terrace that can hold 300 people and offers crazy-amazing panoramic views of LA), the penthouse also offers guests a range of designer experiences, "including one hour of private shopping at the Vivienne Westwood store in West Hollywood and a special discount on all purchases; His and Her gift bags from Vivienne Westwood upon check-in; and Vivienne Westwood-branded amenities within the suite," the hotel explains.
And now, the price tag: $25,000 a night. A NIGHT! Oh well, at least President Obama, Will and Kate, the Beckhams, Oprah, and Beyonce have a place to stay whenever they're in LA.
