Abbot Kinney's cult-cool commercialization continues. Joining the recent influx of indie boutiques and luxury labels is Cali-cool brand Vince, which is setting up shop next door to Hourglass Cosmetics.
Power realtor Jay Luchs of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank exclusively confirms to Racked that the bicoastal brand is taking over both spaces formerly occupied by jewelry shop Just Tantau and avant-garde boutique Minnie T's. Following its Pasadena location, the
1,050 2,373-square-foot store will be the New York-based, LA-designed label's fifth City of Angels outpost. No word yet on the opening date; stay tuned for more. Update: Vince tells us the shop is slated to open this summer.
