Forever 21's New Desert Hills Premium Outlets Store Isn't Cheaper

After opening a slew of discount shops for luxury brands like Mulberry and Maje, this past weekend Desert Hills Premium Outlets opened a new Forever 21 boutique for Cabazon's fast-fashion junkies. Given that the American chain is already chock-full of cheap gear, Apparel News reports that the 7,000-square-foot store "will not offer any special discounts." That's a bummer, but at least you now have a fool-proof place to pick up last-minute Coachella gear in the desert if you somehow forgot to pack a crop top or pair of cut-off jeans.
