"Modern Italian menswear" used to translate to something like "metrosexual uniform of the guido persuasion," but that's so not the case at new men's boutique Choukair. Although it's been soft-opened since January, the shop made its official debut at West Hollywood's Sunset Plaza with a blogstarry party last night.
Located just a few doors away from Zadig & Voltaire and Wildfox, the 1,200-square-foot space offers a mix independent European designers and "LA casual" apparel. Expect smart shirting and suiting from David Naman, luxe leather outerwear from Daniele Alessandrini, basics and denim from G-Star Raw, footwear by Gourmet, and much more.
