One of many WTF moments at this year's Oscars was when host Neil Patrick Harris walked on stage in his underwear. French label Le Slip Français used the opportunity to doctor the image, transforming his plain white undies into one of their own styles and tweeting out a claim that he wore LSF. Although the stunt was eventually debunked, it was a pretty clever marketing strategy that got the otherwise unknown label in front of a stateside audience. Taking their interest in the U.S. one step further, LSF is set to open a pop-up shop in Venice.

Running Tuesday, March 31st through Sunday, April 19th, the pop-up will feature all of the brand's bestsellers for men and women, ranging from $45 to $150. (They're also promoting a humorous Kickstarter campaign that will help take them across the country.) Who knows, maybe Le Slip Français can coerce Harris into the store to score a legit celebrity endorsement.

The Le Slip Français pop-up will be open Monday through sunday from 10am to 7pm.
