Fairfax and Melrose will soon score another indie-minded retail therapy option. New concept boutique Alethea Spectacle is bringing its "fine art meets fashion" ethos to the streetwear mecca on Saturday, April 4th, just a few doors down from rapper-helmed Last Kings.
Landing in the space formerly occupied by musicmaker shop Vestax, the shop will feature U.S.-made apparel and accessories handpicked by founder and former art curator/critic Alexx Shaw. Expect an ever-rotating inventory of emerging designers hailing from LA and beyond, like LAFW regular Bri Seeley, ethereal eveningwear designer Michelle Hébert, and more up-and-comers. We're told the one-of-a-kind pieces will be stocked in limited quantities, and that merch "won't be reproduced once they're sold."
