Agree or disagree, LA Fashion Week will happen for as long as our city's emerging and veteran talents are in need of a platform. As promised, a handful of producers are getting prepped for next month's fall/winter 2015 shows, some of which are being consolidated into one calendar.

From March 9th through 15th, LA Fashion Council will showcase LAFW regulars Stella Proseyn, Rose La Grua, and William Bradley alongside fresh new designers at DTLA creative hub Maker City, located at The Reef (formerly LA Mart). New to LAFC's event is The Accessories Department (which will spotlight labels like charming bag brand Welcome Companions, accoutrements line Kaura Jewels, and others) and The Visiting Collections, which will shine a light on international imports "from Peru to Paris to Phoenix."

Also joining Fashion Week LA's cal is Art Hearts Fashion's four-day showcase at Hollywood's Taglyan Complex, which kicks off with gown designer Sue Wong's show on March 9th, followed by Project Ethos's pumped-up runway party on March 10th. Elsewhere, City of LA-approved Style Fashion Week is slated to take place from March 11th to 15th, while LAFashionWeek.net lists March 18th to 25th as its dates; both productions's sites have yet to announce an official lineup or update their registration links.

Into it? For now, LAFC-led Fashion Week LA's site appears to be the only one with up-and-running registration; designers, photogs, and other attendees can sign up here.
