Now that an opening date has been set for Jessica Biel's organic kids restaurant in WeHo and construction is well underway, more info about the fascinating project are slowly being released. Our sister site Eater points us to a recent interview with Au Fudge co-owner and stylist Estee Stanley, which sheds more light on the restaurant's concept.
After clarifying that Au Fudge is "a place, first and foremost, for adults" but "kids can come and enjoy themselves too," she reveals that the restaurant has two menus—a healthy side and a "filthy" side—and that there will be an "amazing activity center for kids with an actual indoor/outdoor treehouse." A treehouse!
So, where does Biel fit into all this? Although she's busy being super pregnant with Justin Timberlake's flawless spawn right now, Stanley says that she helped with the design and concept and will be "extremely involved" once the space opens.
