After piquing the interest of Angelenos during her showcases at Weltenbuerger and Otherwild, German designer Desiree Klein is set to unveil her first standalone boutique in LA's Little Armenia. Located at 1709 North Kenmore Avenue (just North of Hollywood Boulevard), the new boutique/concept studio opens next Tuesday, February 10th and will offer a range of her artistic designs inspired by nine years spent in Berlin. "Denim is inverted, cotton mimics fur, and diffuse materials are stitched together in unexpectedly harmonius ways," she adds.
In addition to hosting her one-of-a-kind work, Desiree Klein's boutique (stylized as DESIREEKLEINSTORE) will also offer a hand-picked selection of men's and women's wear by Berlin-based designers store, as well as function as a production studio for Klein, service on-site fittings and alterations, and offer styling consultations courtesy of JFraiche.
Take a peek inside the shop and stop by next Tuesday from 7 to 9pm for the opening party, which will include a rad presentation by the VK Lillie Jewelry.
Desiree Klein Store is open Wednesday through Sunday from 12 to 5pm, and by appointment.
