The Blinkbar's Luxe Lashes Flutter Into A New Home in Santa Monica

If our business was filling in the tiny hairs over people's eyes, the idea of being surrounded by tortured follicles would probably make us nervous, too. After serving beauty buffs at hair removal salon Wax, eyelash extensions haven Blinkbar is busting out on its own with its first brick-and-mortar space on Santa Monica's stylish Ocean Boulevard.

Open as of last Friday, the 1,200-square-foot space offers Blinkbar's signature selection of silk, mink, and cruelty-free 100% Siberian mink lashes. As far as the menu, expect a full range of peeper-enhancing styles, from the Kitty Corner to the RiRi-inspired ombre set to the full-fledged Vamp up the Volume and more ($59 to $350). In addition to Blinkbar's own range of lash shampoo and protective sealants by Max2 and Black Diamond, the in-bar boutique stocks jewelry by Natalie B.

Blinkbar is open daily from 9am to 7:30pm.
