Eagle Rock Scores Yoga Fave One Down Dog's Second Location

Early last year, we crowned Silver Lake yoga studio One Down Dog as LA's best. After overflowing with loyal clients at a bigger and better space, founder Jessica Rosen recently realized that it might be time to open a second location to accommodate more ODD superfans. That's when an Eagle Rock studio was born.

Located at 2150 Colorado Boulevard the new space opened this Monday, offering early morning classes (6:30am) to late night sessions (8:45pm). All of ODD's signature classes are served here, included Flow, Chill, Sweat, plus Sculpt, Align, Strong, and Restore. Rosen tells us that the spot will soon offer prenatal and kids yoga, too. Additional perks reminiscent of the Silver Lake location: a vibrant in-studio mural and a cool retail section filled with yoga essentials.
