Gypset boutique Figue can't seem to shake off its nomadic itch. Although it decided last December to hole up permanently within its Abbot Kinney pop-up shop, the globally-inspired lifestyle haven is taking a temporary vacay away from LA and will shutter its Venice outpost at the end March.
Founder and designer Stephanie von Watzdorf explains that she won't be renewing the lease to the 1,300-square-foot temp space. "We have had a great run with our pop-up shop on Abbot Kinney and appreciate all the support we have received," she says, adding that she hopes reopen Figue elsewhere on Abbot Kinney. Stay tuned for more.
