Where Pressed Juicery's CEO Gets His Caffeine Fix in Venice

Hayden Slater is the co-founder and CEO of LA juice bar chain Pressed Juicery. The hilarious juice purveyor and Racked Fit Club pal has slowly been taking over LA one juice haven at a time. Most recently, Slater and his fellow co-founders debuted a new Hollywood outpost, which also serves up Pressed Juicery's vegan, dairy-, and gluten-free "soft serve" in all sorts of yummy flavors. In addition to juice, Slater also likes to quench his thirst with the occasional dose of caffeine. While java-addicted Melrose regulars have Alfred's Coffee, the Venice-based juice pro turns us on to a new stellar coffee spot in his 'hood.

I'm a juice guy, but every once in a while, I'll splurge on a coffee. When I [do] drink coffee, it's Blue Bottle.  They just opened their Abbott Kinney location, which conveniently for me, backs up into my house. I love their coffee. I love their aesthetic. I love their team. I just love them, period. They're definitely doing it right.
