Shop Official Grateful Dead Merch at Dennis Hopper's Epic Compound in Venice

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

In one of the most unique collaborations we've heard of in a while, local sustainable lifestyle label Together California has teamed up with incredibly iconic rock band Grateful Dead. The duo has created limited-edition merchandise honoring the Grateful Dead's 50th anniversary, and items will be available to shop on Sunday, December 13th at Venice's #EpoxyHouse—the former residence of Dennis Hopper, designed by Frank Gehry.

Open to the public from 2pm to 6pm, we hear that this unique experience will feature the band's Grammy nominated archivist, David Lemieux as well as Together's designer, Lily Chehrazi, hosting a Q&A about the partnership and their history with the band and brand. The event will also host the release of "a new, exclusive 'American Beauty' rose printed pant from Together and Grateful Dead-themed food and drink provided by Wines That Rock and Grizzlie's Brand Organic Food," in addition to Rhino Records selling rare Grateful Dead releases and Together hooking deep discount on its 2015 styles.

See the flyer below and don't miss this one-day-only event.
