As if serving stylish java junkies in Silver Lake and Studio City and beyond wasn't enough, collab-happy Alfred Coffee is once again expanding. The fashionable café tells us it'll soon be brewing up herbal sips (sorry, not that kind) back over on Melrose Place, where it's opening its very first tea house.
Landing just across the way star-frequented Alfred No. 1, the modern space will boast "top-notch tea and a sensibility for high design," over 50 outdoor seats, pastries and light bites, and a selection of pour-over coffee options. As far as the interiors, Alfred {Tea Room} will be "draped head-to-toe in baby pink hues"; it's slated to start pouring in March 2016.
