The Way We Wore's New Vintage Venture Promises Treasures Under $99

The Way We Wore

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

From schooling us on fashion from decades past to uncovering incredible designer wonders for TV viewers, there are many reasons to love The Way We Wore. Budget-minded treasure hunters no longer need to wait for the essential LA boutique's epic half-off sales, as shopkeep Doris Raymond tells us she's launching an exciting new vintage venture focusing on affordable pre-loved pieces. (Yes!)

Dubbed Voguely Familiar, the new online shop will offer a virtual trove of vintage, repurposed, and recycled clothing, jewelry, and accessories—all priced at $99 and under. Raymond reveals that it's slated to launch sometime early next year, and that there's much more in the works. (A possible storefront, we're hoping?)

Stay tuned for more; in the meantime, sneak a peek of the goods over on VF's Insta.
