West Third Street's revolving pop-up shop is once again pleasing sneakerheads. The latest to hold court at Liberty Fairs's concept space is LA-based Creative Recreation, which is giving local kicks addicts the chance to shop its spring '16 collection before it officially lands next January.
Now through January 3rd, 2016, pick up the brand's inventive men's, women's, and kids footwear, from everyday sneakers to retro-modern steppers to out-of-this-world hi-tops and more ($40 to $360). In addition, the shop will offer a sneak peek at the label's new hats, beanies, and socks that are set to arrive next season, plus a range of in-store events (like pro shoe cleaning by Crepe Protect from December 17th to 20th) a charity initiative that benefits Inner City Arts.
To toast its month-long residency, Creative Recreation is launch party next Thursday, December 10th; swing by from 7 to 9pm for light bites, drinks, music, and a chance to win a pair of sneakers from the spring '16 collection when you wear the brand's kicks. Complimentary valet will be provided; get on the list by emailing RSVP@cr8rec.com.
Creative Recreation at Concept 8366 & 1/2 is open Tuesday through Saturday from 11am to 7pm and Sunday from 12 to 6pm; closed Monday.
