Why: We've been cheering Rose on since 2012, when we crowned her daughter Alaia as LA's most stylish tot. The working mama has since built her own mini empire, which includes various capsule collections and dressing all of the Kardashian-Jenner girls. We're particularly obsessed with her sleek and sophisticated transformations of Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid (aka KenGi).

Why: This LA talent's impressive clients—Nicole Richie, Kate Hudson, Katy Perry, Erin Foster, and Ashley Benz—also happen to be her good friends, which is why Schneider's Instagram feed reads like the coolest hangout you've never been invited to.
