Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
If you, too, are counting down the days until NYE (a.k.a. the end of the holiday season), consider ringing in 2016 with an epic de-stressing sesh. This Sunday's your chance to get your ommms and flows on when the Yoga Expo invades Downtown's LA Convention Center.
Happening from 11am to 6pm, the massive event promises over 150 yoga and meditation classes (tantric flow! kundalini! aerial fitness! cosmic sound baths! more!) with LA's top yogis and teachers, workshops, vegan cooking demos, and a marketplace offering more than 120 activewear brands, studios, organic food makers, and other vendors. The whole family's invited (kids 12 and under are free); just be sure to BYOYM (that's bring your own yoga mat; you can also shop them at the event's bazaar).
Scope out the class schedule here and buy tickets ($27.37 including fees) online here.
