LA's Five Most Instagrammed Spaces of 2015

As we close out another successful year in the world of LA fashion and retail, this week we're toasting our city's buzziest places, people, and moments in our Best of 2015 series. Onward!

The Apartment by The Line

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Although LA's blue skies and green palm trees are naturally Instagram gold, our town's many artsy walls and floors have become social media magnets in their own right. Retailers are also aware of the blogger's innate urge to snap their surroundings, which is partly why store interiors are becoming more and more visually appealing. Here, we've rounded up five of the coolest spaces—from stores to massage studios—that turn up on our feed daily.

WhereTenOverSix (8425 Melrose Avenue)
Why: From the flawless merchandising to the unique inventory, TenOverSix will forever be a Los Angeles essential. We particularly love its ever-changing exterior paint job and the interior white walls that allow bright-colored products to pop.

WhereApartment by The Line (8463 Melrose Place, 2nd Floor)
Why: We're big fans of this new addition to LA, which comes from NYC darlings Vanessa Traina Snow (superstar stylist) and Melanie Glass (creative director). The dreamy, second-story shop is designed to look like a minimalist-cool home.

WhereAlfred Coffee (3337 Sunset Boulevard)
Why: All of Alfred's locations are worthy of a photo, but it is the fashion fueler's new, wallpaper-happy Silver Lake shop that has made loyal fans out of blogstars like Julie Sarinana of Sincerely, Jules.

WhereIsabel Marant (8454 Melrose Place)
Why: Thanks to this Parisian expat's incredible front yard filled with inspiring plant life, Isabel Marant Melrose Place will be collecting Instagram likes until the day it closes. (Which we're hoping will never happen.)

WhereThe Now (7611 Beverly Boulevard)
Why: The budget-friendly bohemian sanctuary only opened a few months ago, and it's already a hit amongst LA's top tastemakers and stars. Supermodels Kendall and Gigi (aka KenGi) are big fans of this Tulum-inspired massage studio, as is model/actress Emily Ratajkowski.
