Attention, anyone who expects to receive one too many Chloé Drew bags or iPhones this holiday season. In addition to dispensing charming giftables, Westfield Century City is also helping shoppers avoid the dreaded re-gifting sitch: as our national site notes, eBay's Drop Boxes are holding court at select US malls this Boxing Day weekend, including at the very buzzing shopping center.

This Saturday from 12 to 7pm and Sunday from 11am to 6pm, the online auction hub's Valet service is accepting packaged items with prepaid shipping labels. In addition to waiving Valet fees, eBay is also giving regifters 100% of the profit if their merch sells. Apparently, big-ticket goods like tablets, smartphones, new designer clothing and accessories, and high-end kitchen appliances can demand a higher price on the auction site than if the item is returned to the original retailer, so there is a payoff in handing over your unwanted gifts to eBay.
