HISTORIC CORE—Over the summer Shiekh Shoes added their latest location (745 S Broadway) to DTLA's rapidly-growing Historic Core, an area that has been bustling since Grand Central Market's foodie-approved upates. This Tuesday in addition to offering its customers the coolest kicks, the newish storefront will be the spot to meet artist-on-the-rise Justine Skye, who will pop by to meet fans and share her fave ways to wear Puma's latest gear. Stop by from 4-6pm to catch the singer in-store and do a little sneaker shopping.

GLENDALE—Need a family-friendly outing that both entertains the kiddos and allows you to do a bit of last minute shopping? All this week enjoy seasonal festivities at The Americana (889 Americana Way), where in addition to grabbing gifts, you can take advantage of photo ops by the dazzling 100-foot white fir tree, visit Santa and friends, and even frolic in the faux-snow, which falls nightly at 7pm and 8pm.
